Leadership York continues to provide support and guidance for York County's nonprofit boards and committees.
Lunch & Learn. Quarterly workshops from 11:45 to 1:30 p.m. with lunch included. $15 per person or $25 for a board/staff team of two. Upcoming topics include:

Leadership Team Training Workshops. These two workshops will be conducted by senior governance consultants from BoardSource (previously National Center for Nonprofit Boards). Leadership teams from nonprofit organizations are encouraged to attend (eg: executive director, board officers and other board members with interest in or responsibilities relating to the training topic). Publications and a box meal will be included for participants.

Board Development Training. Customized to your board's needs through pre-training consultation. A stand-alone service, or in conjunction with the Strategic Planning process provided through the York Nonprofit Management Development Center. Geared toward the board/organization as a whole.
